History
Guinn & Thomas Builders was formed in 1998 when Tim Guinn and Scott Thomas combined their 20 plus years of building experience in Rogers County, into one company. The combining of our resources has allowed us to spend more time taking care of each of our customer's specific needs. We pride ourselves on taking care of the details that lead to a smooth building process. Whether it's that small or large custom home, or small or large commercial project, Guinn & Thomas is prepared to turn your dream into a reality.
Qualifications:
Guinn & Thomas Builders are members of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Oklahoma State Home Builders Association (OSHBA), and Rogers County Builders Association (RCBA). Tim and Scott have both been past presidents of RCBA and continue to be very active in the Association. Tim and Scott have over 50 years combined building experience in residential and commercial construction business. Tim and Scott are both State Certified Graduate Builders.

Warranty:
Guinn and Thomas stand behind what they build. Follow up with our customers after the sale is just as important to us as the building of the project. Referral is 90% of our business and you don't accomplish that by not taking care of your customers.
