Guinn & Thomas Builders was formed in 1998 when Tim Guinn and Scott Thomas combined their years of building experience into one company.  Combining their resources allowed them to spend more time taking care of each customer's specific needs. 

 

Guinn & Thomas is a member of the National Home Builders Association (NAHB), Oklahoma State Home Builders Association, and Rogers County Builders Association (RCBA).  Tim and Scott have both been past presidents of RCBA and continue to be actively involved in the Association.  Tim and Scott have over 50 years combined building experience in residential and commercial construction business.
